| RENTAL AGREEMENT |

- 1. Length of Rental / Rental Fees
Rental time starts when the dress arrives at your residence (determined by the delivery confirmation from USPS). The length of the rental is 5 days for ballroom and latin dresses. A longer rental time will be assessed at just $10 per day. Any rental fees paid are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another gown of your choice.
- 2.Dry-Cleaning
Dry-cleaning is included in the cost of the rental. Fees will not be assessed for cleaning unless the dress is returned with stain damages deemed to be severe by the cleaners.
- 3. Shipping back to us
Item must be postmarked by last day of rental day. You are advised to purchase a tracking number and insurance for the total price of the gown ( rental price plus deposit). If tracking and insurance are not purchased, and the gown gets lost in the mail, you will not receive a refund of the deposit and may also be charged for the retail value of the gown.
- 4. Try-ons
To try on a dress, complete the online checkout for the dresses of interest. You will be refunded the rental prices if the dress(es) do not meet your needs. Try-on time starts from when the dress arrives at your residence (as indicated by the delivery confirmation from USPS). Try-ons must be return postmarked by the second day after receipt. For try-ons (outside the Jacksonville Fl area), there will be a non-refundable $10 handling fee PER DRESS that will be assessed but can be applied to the dress you choose to rent or buy. If the gown is postmarked after the two days, the status of the order will then be considered a rental, and you will be charged for the rental price of the gown. Gowns ordered for try-ons must be returned clean, unused. If the gown is not returned to Rhinestone Dress Rentals as described above, the status of the order will then be considered a rental, and additional charges for damages may be billed accordingly.
- 5. Late Fees
Failing to have the gown (and/or additional items included in the rental) postmarked by the correct date will result in a late charge of $10 per day, which will be deducted from the deposit, then subsequently billed to the person renting the garment, up to but not exceeding the value of the retail price of the gown for 14 days after the rental was due. Delinquent dress rentals over 14 days will be assessed the full valued price of the gown.
- 6. Refund of Deposit
The rental price listed does NOT include the deposit; this must be purchased separately. The refund of the deposit is conditional upon any late charges, and/or damages. Gowns that need minor repair will have charges deducted accordingly from the deposit. Dresses that come back damaged beyond repair will not have the deposit refunded, and may be additionally charged the remainder of the garment's retail price. Alterations are non-refundable. The deposit amount will be refunded per conditions described above.
- 7. Alterations not done by Rhinestone Dress Rentals
Any alterations that are not done by Rhinestone Dress Rentals must be undone before the item is shipped back to us. You assume all financial responsibility for gowns altered (and/or damaged) by any other entity. Fees may be assessed due to alteration damages.
- 8. Disclaimer
Rhinestone Dress Rentals is not responsible for wardrobe malfunctions, the effect a dress may have in a ballroom competition, whether it be movement or scores, or any injuries that may result from a wardrobe malfunction.
