- Consignment Agreement

I hereby agree to let Rhinestone Dress Rentals consign my garment. I understand that I will receive 50% of the net proceeds from any and all sales or rental of my garment, and Rhinestone Dress Rentals will receive 50% of the net proceeds. I understand that my dress, if rented, may get damaged and that Rhinestone Dress Rentals is not responsible for repairing or paying me for the damage. I understand that consignment payments are mailed monthly.
