- How do I try on a dress before renting?
Simply complete the online checkout by adding the dresses you want to try to the shopping cart. Your dresses will ship out in 24 hours via priority mail. Once you receive the dresses, you have two days to try them on and make a decision. If your event 20 or more days from the try-on time, please send all the dresses back and your selected dress will be resent to you. If your event is less than 20 days away from the time you try on the dresses, please hold onto your selected dress until after your event and only ship back the dresses that did not work out. Dresses that don't work out will be refunded.
- Are there additional fees if I received the dress early?
No, we often ship dresses with time to spare just to make sure you receive it in time. Late fees only apply if the dress is returned late ( more than 5 days after the last day of your event).
- I need a dress in the next couple of days, is that possible?
Absolutely as long as the dress is in stock and is not reserved already. TO HAVE YOUR DRESS OVERNIGHTED to you, please indicate in the message box during checkout that you need the dress expressed. Please remember that orders placed will ship the following day. For example if you place an order on Thursday, the dress will be sent out Friday, so you will receive it on Saturday if you elect to have it expressed. Additional fees may apply and we will email you with the added amount.
- How do you normally ship dresses?
We usually ship via priority mail which takes between 2 and 4 days to receive. If you prefer a different type of carrier, please let us know in the message box during checkout. Additional fees may apply.
- How do I rent a dress?
To rent, simply add the dress to the cart and use the online check out system. In the message box, please indicate the day you need to receive the dress, and the dates of your event. When your event is over, please ship back within 5 business days.
- I want to buy the dress I rented, will you sell it to me?
Gladly, as long as no one else has reserved that dress after you. Please contact us for sale prices.
- How do I know if a dress is available for rent?
Dresses that are in stock can be added to the shopping cart. If a dress is out of stock at the moment, you'll see a message indicating such. If a dress you want to rent is already reserved for the time you need, we will promptly inform you and give you the option for a full refund or another choice.
